Just did a run through on my napfa level.. and here's my result
2.4km run : 9mins 28secs
Pull ups : Stopped at 11
Shuttle Run : 10.3seconds
Standing Broad Jump : 234 (Weakest)
Sit Up : 45
Sit and reach : 50
Hmmm gotta improve on shuttle run and sbj... damn...

Okay la. I can ace my pull ups too. Situps can win ya, sit and reach also.
But it'll take me forever to win you in runnings.... haha!

lol... situps.... i stop at 45. It is useless for you to do until 70+++ since 42 will be an A. You gotta save ur energies for the rest of the stations.
