That serpent to me is not really scary.... It is more or less a hydra.... Aoi being a mage is not a really unexpected either. what i'm curious about is what is a Mikan.... Gakuen Alice's Mikan?(wacked) Just kidding...... Probably just a big giant monster bird.....(or something more)

Yes, first I was thinking of putting a hydra but then it didn't seem to just fit somehow...so I just made it a giant snake :P

LOL this is funny but Mikan is the name of that bird and i was thinking of Gakuen Alice's Mikan when naming her!!!
