For a reason, I'm glad Kota didn't just kill Ishikawa right there and then.. The man deserved a proper punishment for everything he had done and killing him will just do him a favour for shortening the time he should spend suffering

Kota wanted to stick true to his original intentions... he hated the Island... that's why I named the chapter Neptune's wrath! :)
