Pretty Proof
Here's a nice page that is touted as a proof for the existence of dark matter. Dark matter and dark energy have been a hypothetical crutch leaned on by astrophysicists to explain some of the properties of the universe. And even for the spaghetti Dingsbums I got the best solution pouring on it a cup of my preferred pig-cow meat sauce with tomatoes and champignons. Everything works at top after a couple of good wine of Piedmont or Tuscany... J

About dark matter and silly natural events, it is evident that we see only the part of our environment that is compatible with our senses and our human intelligence. It is possible and probable that will never be able to understand the sense of the universe. The best think to do is to be amazed and to accept it as a condition of our "body" state of the art. There is something we cannot actually understand. God is a building of our brains, sometime useful when we feel less small and alone in the darkness between the stars. Some rabby with long beard would say that I'm not atheist, I'm ignorant; some other would say that it is not true and God knows that I believe; in some part of the world it would be dangerous to say that... and this is the real problem. The humanity is divided from brains buildings more than we can imagine.
And that's bad.
