I know... I know... I am but a small fish in a very large pond. I know... I know... I have two clients and only one needs a website. When I take the recommendation of a very good friend of mine who raves about your product and then tells me about problems with your web security which is causing her to lose faith in your capabilities before you do,

It's a complete implosion of a web host. Frankly, I've never seen anything like it. Usually they start getting really crappy long before they completely lose it.

My time with them has been good enough the last three years, I'd probably be tolerant of some of what has happened the last couple of weeks, but ... the fact I am having to dig around on the internet to piece together some kind of picture of WHAT exactly is happening pisses me off. Having problems? Everyone does. Not explaining to your users what is going on? Very bad form. I shouldn't have to work this hard to get facts and information.

It's a shame really. ASO has been an award winning host and well-trusted and loved by many. But this fiasco (and by that I mostly mean the utter lack of proper communication) is something of a deal breaker for me.
