my mother called me to tell me I should have fish, and leave some left over.
and to wear red, and something new.
and to make new year's cake.
and that I was a terrible child for not coming home yesterday when i didn't have anything to do.

Heehee. My mom did the fish thing. And I wore something red (which is actually kind of hard...why do I have so few red tops?). And we have random cakes; ironically I didn't have any today but I had some yesterday.

And uh, I can't defend you at all re: the last point. Did you do any of the other stuff?

Ack, no. I don't actually like that. I have some every year only cuz I'm supposed to, heh. I only like the other cakes (radish, turnip...).
