I don't cosplay but have several friends that do. I couldn't afford it! :-)

The one that a couple really like is Fanplusfriend.

A friend also started her own business, her work is fabulous! Every year when I see her at Yaoicon I'm amazed by the work! JAC Studio.

Not sure it those are what you're looking for but maybe it helps somehow?
