Jumping forward is always easier than jumping back. Of course, the jetlag that really sucks is going to Australia. You literally end up totally reversed - depending on where in the country you are, you're off by 12-15 hours!

The best thing for jetlag is force yourself onto a normal cycle immediately and make sure you're eating well.
