... Wow. You'd think they'd at least fix it properly and know what they were doing while doing it. >< That's so aggravating! I hope you're able to get a brand new computer that isn't a damn lemon.

I just got off the phone with the manager to confirm the shipment of a new system. I asked for a video card upgrade so the same problem doesn't happen again and they're sending me a complimentary Alienware headset so they can make me happy and give them a good review on the survey, lol. But I'm so relieved now and I can't wait until I get it. >< -clings-
