~Important Notice~

Tenrai and I are moving. I think most of you knew that. However, our internet service will be ending sometime this Friday (22nd). They were awfully vague when exactly on Friday. If I don't have to deal with this particular internet service provider ever again, I don't think I'll be all that sad.

Ding! Ding! You guess correctly! Who else is there anyway? When we moved in, we weren't really given a choice. They probably have a deal with them or something. But I tell you I'm glad to be getting done with them. Bah!

it could've been verizon. I ordered 'net service for start on Jan 31st, they said okay-sure, then told me I'd get it Feb 6th, or maybe the 8th. Then they called and said no, it was really going to be the 11th. .. or possibly the 13th. Then they called and said it started the 11th, but when I called to complain that they sent me the wrong modem, they said it didn't start until the 13th.

oh, and, in order to get the correct modem, they told me i had to cancel my service (which either had or had not started by this point), and then reorder... online.

Not to jinx you, but based on my multiple absolutely horrible OMG I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH YOU PEOPLE AGAIN experiences with Verizon, they're going to charge you the early termination fee because you canceled your account, even though they're the ones who told you to do it. I'm assuming you don't have a choice, but if you do, deal with anybody else.

Based on my experience your internet will probably cut out at midnight sharp. That happened to me when I moved from Golden Hill to Lemon Grove a week later than planned, and was online at midnight the night my service was supposed to switch over, and suddenly no signal. I was like, WTF? Until I looked at the clock and realized it was the witching hour.
