Things are going pretty well considering. It's been a bit of a shuffle, and I'm a rather flakier about this move than the last. I'm trying to get things in order this weekend.

I very much enjoy my new job. I'm doing cool stuff, and learning something new almost every day. Today I learned how to process ex rays and change the film in the cartridges.

Good to hear your Fred is still alive and well. My Fred part 1 part 2 is now split into sub-parts A and B, and we've got part A atop a bookshelf where he happily dangles his leaves down into the sunlight. No worries about the check going out late - like I said in the email, I mostly just wanted to get everything resolved moreso than I was desperate for the money. Hope you enjoy the Gamecube!

The move may have finally finished my Fred off. ^^;; He was doing well, but ever since we got into the new place he's dropped all his leaves and just gotten sadder and more pathetic-looking. I'm still trying to coax him into bouncing back, but... the prognosis is a little grim.

Alas. He's had a good run...

I'm glad you're liking your new job! About time you had one where you got some satisfaction.

Ah well if you need another piece of Fred, the one I have is rather overgrown. I'll probably end up breaking something off when I re-pot him anyway.

The couch is currently in the shed, but it will eventually find a place in the new digs. So yeah, you'll have a place even if you have to share a bed with me. ^_^

Fred is a beastly arrowhead philodendron and rather like friendship bread.
