Oh yeah I know that you're a girl you couldn't possibly know anything spiel. I wasn't treated that poorly by Comcast but that was only because I flat out stated up front I knew more than he did about my operating system and it was his first day out of training so he wasn't so scared to go calling his supervisor. It's times like that I hate being female. I've come very close to slugging several people over stuff like this. Lucky for them they saw the clenched fist and jaw along with the dangerous gleam in my eye and backed down. I may break a finger or two but most likely they would have ended up with a broken nose and or jaw so I think I would have been ok with that...for awhile at least... then of course my conscience would get me

Yep support technicians are generally jerks... In my experience only the ones married to women of intelligence ever think girls could ever do more than play The Sims and whine about this or that....
