The Rules and Shipping Information
Guidelines:
★ Payment is in US Dollars only. And all sales are final.
★ I only accept payment through Paypal, e-checks to Paypal or money order. Sorry, it's just easier for me to manage through everything.
★ Serious replies only in the actual sale pages if you have a question about a purchase, visit the Q & A page.
★ I will only hold your claim for four days, if I don't receive payment by then, you will lose your hold and it will be up for sale again.
★ If there's an item you want and it's on hold. You have the option to wait for it to see if it will be available. I will extend your hold by a couple of days if necessary.
★ I don't accept any trades for anything unless you have something I want in the Wishlist section and willing trade for it.
★ You must be 18 years old or older if you're buying NSFW materials. It's illegal in my country for me to sell anything of smut nature to minors.
Shipping:
★ I ship with USPS.
Starting Prices (bubble wrap charge added)*:
US:
- Starting at cheapest shipping option possible. But realize that it will take longer and you will have to pay a $1-3 extra postage fee depending the size and amount of the order. However I will ship Priority if requested! Priority shipping also has an optional bubblewrap fee.
International:
Canada: $20** (flat rate)
Everywhere Else: $24 ** (flat rate)
- If your package is under 4 pounds and you don't mind a longer wait, you can apply for First Class International. But you will have to pay an extra postage fee.
*- The bubble wrap is included.
**- Honestly, I would not suggest for international buyers to go crazy in the Magazine section since the flat rate option only applies to packages 4 pounds and under (and that some magazines are kinda heavy). It would be best if you have friends/family in the US who can mail it to you if you don't want to pay. More on that in the Payment section).
★ My local post office is kinda far away (a 20 minute walk one way, and pretty out of the way on top of that), so I can't go often so I can only send out orders on Friday. So for example, if you sent your payment by Friday, Jan. 29 before I'll go to the post office, I will mail your package on that day. But if your payment comes through after I go to the post office, you'll have to wait until Feb. 5th. Although, I might make a random stop at the post office during the week if I have the time and it's convenient, but I can't guarantee that it'll often though. However, I do make exceptions for people who need their order to be mailed on a specific date.
Payment:
★ All orders will have to pay the Paypal Fee unless you already have money in your Paypal account (meaning that it isn't being transferred from a bank or credit card, but it's on the actual PP account). You can check the calculator out here. Don't worry, I will e-mail you a final total that includes the fee. Now you have the option of sending the money as a gift to avoid PP fees!
★ For International Buyers Only: You don't have to pay the international fees if you have someone in the States that can mail your stuff you will have to give me their complete address and their availability has to be guaranteed, I will not be responsible if your package went to their old address and it gets lost.
** Very Important: Due to the increasing amount of deadbeats I'm getting, I would like remind people that if you're in a transaction with me and decided that you can't pay for the item, send me a comment about it. I understand how one's financial situation can change. But DO NOT omment in the sales pages then don't respond ever again after I send the second reply and/or an invoice. I will report you as a deadbeat if you do this two times.
Liability:
★ As soon as the package is mailed in the Post Office, I am no longer liable to what happens to it, so make sure the address you want the package to be sent to is correct and up-to-date. If your package gets held up/confiscated in transit, I'm not liable for it. If it gets damaged in any way by your mailing company, I'm not liable for it.
