Jiro couldn't believe they expected him to carry that. A huge box of replenishment had just arrived and instead of separating it into smaller boxes, the boss had ordered Jiro to just heave the big box around the store to the areas the supplies went. When Jiro had protested about the weight of the box, his boss replied sternly that it would lessen in weight as he restocked the shelves with its contents

Hikaru jumped a bit at the sound of things crashing to the floor and looked down the aisle. Seeing Jiro and the mess, her eyes widened before she came over, being careful not to step on anything. "Mimura-san, are you alright?" she asked softly, concern clear on her face.
Jiro winced as he rubbed the sore spot on his chest. He already had several other bruises from previous falls, recently none as painful as this one was. Nor quite as embarrassing.
"Why am I such a klutz?" he asked himself as he looked around at the mess before looking up at Hikaru. "Ah Tsukita-chan! I'm fine. Used to it at least." He managed a smile directed at her before he began to grab for the fallen items nearest him.
Hikaru dropped down next to him and started to help pick things up. She looked thoughtfully at Jiro as she helped. "Maybe you're going through a growth spurt? That seems to be what makes many people clumsy."
She smiled at him as she added an armful of the items she'd picked up into the box.
