Author’s Note: Okay, the “great move” is pretty much over and I’m now caught up on my comic books! Ugh, Jason really is an annoying stock-character in Countdown, isn’t he? Damn... well, anyway, the show goes on! Enjoy--
I don’t own any characters mentioned in this story. The rights belong to DC comics, Bob Kane, etc.

Part 6 is beyond this useless phrase! )

Anyways, I liked Jason's interaction with Dick and how they jest around like that. Lazarus Pit...was something I didn't think of. Stupid me. But definitely would explain why Jason looks like a young guy instead of looking his age. And I liked the Terry/Tim interaction and how Tim still has a way inside the cave computers, even when he technically shouldn't. Great job.

Heck if I know-- it sadens me that Dick wasn't ACTUALLY in the Batman Beyond series. But he seems (somewhat) more well-adjusted than Tim and Tim ended up married and having a relatively "regular" life, so I thought I'd run with it.
Ha, no not stupid; DC has just so many "get out of jail free" cards when it comes to age/death etc. But since Jason has that connection with Talia (or did, anyway) I thought I could play around with it. Besides, Jason just epitomizes "angry youth" to me, so I couldn't let him be TOO old.
Glad you liked! - T

Nah, the only reason I asked about his wife was that he's certainly not married to Barbara and in the show, she's the one romantic interest. In the comics there are several, though, so I was curious if you brought in someone familiar or not.
Yeah, DC does have a lot of leniency when it comes to death and aging, but with a Bat character, it just seems like the Lazarus Pit is the most "simple". And yeah, the Talia connection is a nice touch.
I'd actually like to see "old" Jason, just because of the whole "angry youth" vibe he gives off. What happens when the angry youth grows up? kind of a thing.

AH, well I'm going to basically be working my way through a few of the Beyond villains, so if you get confused let me know!
But no, no Dickie-boy in sight in the series. Various references so we know he's alive and well... just nothing physical to back it up.
Yeah, old Jason would be interesting, but I had an idea of where this series is going that basically REQUIRED him young. So, yes... Lazarus Pit it is! HAHA

Will do my best! Yeah, I was happy I was able to bring Dick in too; it was a tragedy that he never appeared in the Batman Beyond series itself.
Thanks for reading!
