So pretty much, right now in camp Takanari is Konatsu's Most Important Person. It's not just that Takanari was the first friend he made on his own in camp, but that Takanari really cares about him and not only does things with him when he asks but also makes him do things and really actively is concerned with Konatsu's happiness.

To a certain extent, Hyuuga filled this role before hand but not quite like Takanari did because Hyuuga is-Hyuuga and therefore difficult to get a straight answer out of, etc. etc. Takanari is easier for Konatsu to understand and as a result he's grown a lot closer to him. And well since Hyuuga did encourage him to get to know people outside of the Black Hawks, it's not like he can really be faulted for getting so close to Takanari.

With the aftermath of the Sekirei game, Konatsu is definitely going to have this . . . lingering awareness that was he feels for Takanari is love. And it is Romantic Love. If everything else was stripped away, if Konatsu didn't have the

Also Takanari really freaked him out a lot in the cfuw aftermath when he was talking about the downsides of friendship. Because if Konatsu ever did something that caused a rift in their friendship he would hate himself. He's supposed to be there to make Takanari happy. :
