THINGS I DID, AND THEN SOME THINGS I DIDN'T DO...
Oh what, is this another update? Two in the same week?! That's more than how much I update in a month, hohoho!
Okay I guess this will just be a catch up post, so here, have some...con/anime/cosplay stuff?
POST-OTAKON '10
-It was super fun, I was super hot, and had too many cosplays with too many layers.
-I'll post pictures in another post :)
-I think I managed to do 75% of what was on my list.
-LOOKING FORWARDS TO THE NEXT ONE WHICH IS ONLY IN LIKE....TWO MONTHS?! How did this happen...
NEKCON '10
-Went with some college friends and it was super cool because we were super cool like that.
-We found a Renton (from Eureka 7) that won't stop hanging out with us, this kid-> LOL twilight...
-But it's ok because he recommended Eureka 7 to us and it is a pretty good anime. I'm just kidding, this kid follows us around because we let him and he carries our stuff occasionally. I mean he's our friend. Well, I think he and nodarg might be more than friends - they get along so well!
-Also, no matter how I pronounce that anime (you-reek-yeah! or I'll-wreck-ya!) someone will be upset. Oh well. For refs, I use the Japanese pronunciation because I only saw it subbed (because Dominic's voice is so much more...)
-We finally got a C.C for our Code Geass group! My Rolo cosplay is becoming more and more obscure/unrecognizable/outofplace at cons so I might switch over to Kallen...especially now that we have 2 out or the 3 RURUUSHU GURRRLS.
-I missed BRENDRRR!!'s Hetalia panel because I was getting food. Actually, C.C. was getting food - at PIZZA HUT, YEAH! I just freeloaded. And demanded pictures of Lelouch feeding Suzaku pizza - or was it the other way around?
ANIMEUSA '10
-I DID NOT GO, SO SAD, SO MANY OF MY HS FRIENDS WENT AND HAD A REUNION AND GAHHHHHHH.
-I was gonna bring Chihiro from Spirited Away and take pics with my friend's No-Face. We were gonna be awesome.
-Maybe next yeah, unless AUSA is ONE WEEK after NEKO again. Conventions at COLLEGE is a hard thing.
KATSUCON '11
-I DIDN'T GO TO THIS EITHER FFFFFFFF, but it seems like a lot of people didn't.
-Mainly guapple, because I miss her and I want to sit on her dog again and let him eat my shoes. I miss you REN ;_;
-From last year I remembered it being a terrible con, with terrible staff, way too many unmannered fangirls, but a freaking GORGEOUS hotel and man this con is only good for pictures honestly.
And that was my year in cons...well, 1/3 cons at least. So I am so con-deprived right now. But I am also unsurprisingly in great excess of money - that I did NOT spend on entrance fees, lodging, transportation, and new cosplays. IT FEELS SO GOOD TO HAVE MORE MONEY THAN YOU NEED :D
But that will probably change because OTAKON '11 is coming up and there are cosplays that need to be fix/done/two wigs to order/fugsdkj,fsl and yeah. THE END.
