Why: So this is another fill for my headcanon about Kagami not being able to get out of the zone and holy shit it's soooo good I tell you. So much raw emotion in this piece, plus the lovely writing and just ugh. so fantastic.

Why: Little future fic where Kuroko and Kagami are together and Kuroko has nightmares connected to fire (which hints that Kagami is a firefighter here) and wakes up Kagami and demands reassurance that Kagami is alive and breathing. I very much liked the quick, desperate and a bit jumbled pace of the fic, like the way they jerk each other off here.

Summary: Kuroko had never expected to call up Kise Ryouta for any form for advice, nor had he ever expected it to actually work. In which, Kuroko and Kise have a conversation regarding sex, and Kise is actually not hopeless.
Why: This was very cute and funny and actually believable? How Kise's advice was something useful and honest and what Kuroko actually needed, rather than making one big joke out of it. But the fic was still funny by the end with Takao's comments and all.

Summary: Aomine needs to improve his grades in order to stay on the team. Sakurai becomes his tutor.
Why: The fic which actually convinced me to aosaku, because I liked how Mery writes Aomine, as a total dork and loser, rather than an aggressive sex machine and how her Sakurai is very layered, despite his characterization being very brief in the anime. ALSO IT WAS SUPER FUNNY. the ending made me sputter and laugh for good 10 minutes and I was instantly bought.

A softer side of Aomine which wasn't ooc in any way, because he was still a jerk and awkward, but it was believable, that at some point he would start to care about his new teammates.

Why: I read this one moths ago, but I am just now methodically going through my backlog and JESUS HOW I LOVE KEI'S FICS??? This was a first I read of her lovely drabbles and I just lost it, because it is something that Kuroko would say and that is how Kagami would react and I just...ALSO RIKO AT THE END MADE ME JUST FUCKING BURST OUT LAUGHING.
