Dude, a house?? That's wonderful! Buying a house for me is a far, far away dream that will come after finding an actual career, so kudos to you for being close to achieving it so young! =D

Do you sew for other people too? I haven't been doing it as much these days, but for many years I sew a lot of my friends' costumes. ^^ It's tough work! I hear you on not being motivated.. I have a bunch of my fabric and stuff, and I'm just like, "...I'll start tomorrow." Before we know it, though, Sakura Con will be here. >.<

Yah! I'm really lucky 'cause my parents are giving my sister and me money for the down payments. I still haven't heard about my loan yet though, so I'm a little nervous.

I do... for the moment anyway, I'm probably going to stop after this current round. (Or at least stop doing the entire thing; I don't mind helping) I just went and bought a mass of fabric today so hopefully that will get me enthused, if only because it is taking up room :P I'm totally that way on the "I'll start tomorrow" too. Then it becomes an all weekend sewing marathon the week before! Hopefully you don't have as much stuff to sew as I do @_@
