And um, you're probably gonna be cold for a couple of days if you don't have a coat. The next town from there is the one that actually has stores and it's a couple of days away.

Huh? [Unfortunately, only the part about the cold is actually getting through to him too, because why can't they have cars or motorbikes or y'know... just something useful?! Though, if he thinks of this as an adventure (minus the fact that he would be prepared if he was going on an adventure because he wanted to) he feels a little better about it all. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED and all that.]
