We're having cheese fondue for a dinner party tomorrow night. What bread should I serve? I want something hearty and not too soft. I'm for sure serving rye, but I need a less Jewy bread for the goys.

Oh, and I've been meaning to ask you. Did you take a cake decorating class or are you self taught? Any chance you'd wanna teach me?

I haven't taked a cake decorating class yet - I want to to learn the piping stuff which I'm not very good at. Like borders and runouts and god forbid stringwork. I've got experience sculpting clay, so doing fondant isn't all that different.

But yes, I'd love to teach you. It's much more fun doing a cake together than by yourself. Only caveat is that you have to drive all the way up to Waukegan (which is just south of Canada).
