Had a bit of a win yesterday :)
So the challenge was to do as many reps as possible of the following in 30 minutes:
Pull-ups x 2
Push-ups x 4
Squats x 6
Overheard press x 3
I managed to knock out 39 reps without pausing, which I'm told is quite good.
I also found out that the workout routine I did on day ten was meant to be body weight squats (no bar, no weights) but I did it weighted and STILL pulled off a decent time apparently.
So bit of a go team there :)
We had our diet-plan double dinner date last night and it went quite well (stayed entirely within diet parameters, didn't even have alcohol!), plus there's so many leftovers :D
I've had four kofta meatballs for breakfast already...
