I spent half the day supervising a research student in a lab to make sure she didn't blow anything up, which is pretty funny given how often I set things on fire.
First off, a little bit of workout 13 re-done from last night. Az kindly offered to let me re-do the shoulder press, since I was massively off last night and he had to skip his, so:
100 Overhead Presses- THEN: 3 minutes 59 seconds (on a 20kg bar) LAST NIGHT: 6 minutes 27 seconds (on a 25kg bar). NOW: 3 minutes 47 seconds (on 25kg).
On to workout 14:
7 minutes of cardio, fast as you can- THEN: 1.90 km. NOW: 1.99km. May not seem like much, but I'm stoked :)
Diet: actually stuck with it. I fucking love trail mix, it's the best way to avoid bad snacks. Also drank a lot of water and couldn't really go out and get any bad snacks because I was supervising all arvo.
