Fairly good session at the gym tonight too- bit of an up and down but mostly improvements:
Maximum Jump: THEN: 243cm. NOW: 242cm.
Maximum Continuous Pull-Ups: THEN: 16. NOW: 19.
Maximum Continuous Push-Ups: THEN: 48. NOW: 50.
Shuttle Test: THEN: 123 laps. NOW: 130 laps.
Diet was ok, I ate a tuna sub instead of a meatball sub, had an orange for breakfast, bit of pasta for dinner but not too bad. I am munching on chocolate at the moment though.
It takes about an hour to teach someone to play the ukulele, about the same to teach someone to build a standard pipe bomb. You do the math,
