For time:
200 Russian Twists: THEN: 2 minutes 37 seconds. NOW: 1 minute 51 seconds.
400 Knee-Tuck Planks: THEN: 4 minutes. NOW: 3 minutes 38.
Fitness Test 2
Run as far as possible in 12 minutes.
THEN: 2.36 km. NOW: 2.25km.
Not my best, but at least I held pace with Az for once :)
As many burpees as possible in 5 minutes.
THEN: 53. NOW: 56.
Although by the end they were less push-up/jump-up/drop and more push-up/slight vertical spasm/drop.
