Haha, see, in this house, Adam still has to do the dishes, so you'd only get out of half, since our deal is the one how cooks doesn't have to clean :)

That makes sense, and is what I would expect. I just don't like doing both.

Well, actually, it's not all that bad -- if you put the dishes in to soak while you eat, they're nearly clean by the time you finish.

Being alone brings out character...but the first things to appear are the uncomfortable bits...like messy pots of chili. Then you have to do "house-cleaning."

You're years ahead of me in music, my friend, but a decade behind in the cooking. ;)

This is what fastfood places and frozen dinners are for... Right?

Let's see....Because they quickly add up in $, are wasteful (cardboard and plastic that just gets thrown out), and unless you pay more $ for the HEALTHY frozen dinners - it's fattening and bad for your general health and energy levels!

One thing to invest in - a rice cooker. Make rice on a regular basis, add some fresh or frozen veggies you've zapped in the microwave (frozen veggies are better/healthier than canned) and your choice of meat. Fast, filling, inexpensive!
