Well it's August now
And that means even hotter weather in Texas. I am recovering from my gallbladder removal surgery and let me tell you it's so much fun!!!! -

Still in the Game
Okay, day three of new start. I have gone to the gym Monday and Tuesday. Today I am taking my parents to the VA Hospital. I plan on going to the gym after we get back. Today is weight day and I really want to keep the flow going. I did weights and an hour cardio on Monday, did cardio and Tuesday and it is weights today along with cardio. So ( Read more... ) -

I am starting again with the diet and exercise. I have had a realization. I only have to be fat if I want to be. It is in my control. I do not have a medical reason, I just have a unhealthy eating pattern. I just need to change that and I can lose weight. It is in my control, it is up to me. Trying to get a grip
Man oh man oh man! I have gained weight! I mean 7 pounds! Okay enough already! I get the idea. If I continue eating like this and not working out really really hard, I am going to gain the weight back. That is so not the plan. Alright, what has changed?
