Airbnb so far

Second set of guests just left. They had their dog with them which is ok until the poor dear gets lonely and starts barking. It's too hot to leave dogs in the car. And some places you can't take dogs. So for a few hours I had the dog upstairs with me. Not sure if I want to be doing this all the time. We will see

Oh yes, the thought of travel is all that's keeping me going. I hope my pain will be sorted, but if not, I will carry on. The plan is to buy a camper van and slowly mooch around Europe. I understand that there are opportunities for house sitting in the winter months. I can get my pension to fund me month to month, the camper van will provide accommodation and transport.
I need to focus over the next 8 months on getting pain sorted, financial planning, selling house. Airnb will help with income. Not sure how it will be in off season, may need short term tenant.
