You are an evil lady. :)

I'm glad you're seeing some money from this, despite wet towels on wooden furniture, and lots of laundry.

For most gays I know, a listing that says "Christian" is a dog-whistle for "no room at the inn if you're gay," and they are more than willing to take their money elsewhere. My sister has a little two room house that she rented as a B&B for a while (southern AZ, major migratory birding hotspot), and she told me about two men who came for a week stay who were clearly a couple. She said when she went to greet them, and they saw the rather large cross that she wears, what she saw in their eyes was fear. She said it broke her heart, for them, and for the faith that is so important to her, because she understood that the fear was based on experience. She said she spent the week making sure that they felt welcome and cared for, and hopes that they took away the knowledge that some Christians actually do love all their neighbors.

I'm glad things seem to be working out for you - it's a tough business.
