Why is it that every time something cool happens to me one of my friends has something shitty happen to them? In this case, I find out that I have a good chance at having a job as of Tuesday this week, and then my friends truck dies after being out of the shop for over $1000 dollars worth or work in just one week. The real kicker though is with

When I want to get rid of troublesome house visitors I send them mental pictures of a route outside. My folks' house was once plagued by an ant colony, so I visualised them leaving the lounge into the hall and then walking out under the front door to the garden.

And y'know what? Me and mom stood there and watched as the entire colony left their nest in the wall and trooped out the house via the route I gave them in single-line formation. LOL

The same has also worked for birds who have flown inside and can't escape.

Far more satisfying to just swat the little bugger. It made the mistake of staying put on my hand for a little too long not long after the post. SPLAT! Most satisfying indeed :) .

Doesn't Karma only affect each person individually? I don't think that your Karma can cause harm to others. Then again, I'm no Karma expert.

Don't mind in the least. And no normally it doesn't effect anyone else, only in EXTREME cases. Hence my saying I hope it isn't that bad. Not to mention t he fact that I suffer by extension when those close to me do.
