If you get a desperate craving for chocolatey indulgence, a 40cal mug of low-calorie instant drinking chocolate, preferably mint flavoured, or even turkish delight flavoured, topped with a blob of squirty cream is extremely satisfying - and still comes in at only about 100cals.
