I was kinda bored, and not sure what to do with myself really. I didn't feel like reading… I have art ideas but I didn't feel like opening up PSP at the moment… and while I was looking over my art I decided to get out an old disc to take a stroll down memory lane… WOWZA!
I was looking at arts that I made back when I first got my program for Christmas back in 2005. No sizes to go by, I didn't have a clue what HQ meant, and textures were what? I didn't even know the term coloring, and I was just discovering brushes. It was pretty interesting to go back and see all of those things again. I couldn't help but laugh at myself, thinking of how annoyed I get when something doesn't look right now, compared to what I use to do it has been a huge improvement.
Looking back at that art brought back some great memories too. Hanson! <3 Lots of Hanson lyrics have been used in my art. I'm still a Hanson girl, and I'll always be a Hanson girl.
Also my love for Eliza Dushku, that girl is fab! My first Supernatural arts! *blushes* It was love day one. Charmed, Drew Fuller, my first icons. Did I mention I didn't know what coloring was back in those days?! Lol. The sharpen brush was my best friend… and looking back that wasn’t the best thing.
Ah, memory lane, you are a nice little trip. Maybe next I'll take a trip with my Art on Paint disc. Now that will be a fun ride. I was on Paint for years before I even knew what PSP was! Oh how nice it was to discover a brush with soft edges. *sigh*
Now to make this post have purpose….some banner/icon sets!
