So normally when someone dies especially scuicide there is regrets involved. thinking you should have said or done something differently during the course of your relationship with that person. I don't have any of those. Bronson knew how much I adored him and we never even so much as snitted at each other which is amazing for how much time we spent ( Read more... )

Thanks Yeah I feel a little better about not feeling better today because Jen is the same way. It just still feels shocking and fresh to us

Death is so final and permanent. Knowing that the time that you had was exactly the time you wanted with them is a blessing. Not having regrets of the words you said and the time exchanged is a blessing. Sadness is inevitable. Loneliness, confusion, curiosity, anger, depression, and eventually acceptance all emotions that "survivors" of suicide victims go through. It is hard. It is unfair. It is one of the hardest things to ever have to go through. Unfortunately, what they had to go through to commit the act is probably much worse, and now they are in a much better place. Looking down on us and being our angels, protecting us as we continue on in our lives here on earth.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I can remember how I felt... almost like being blank inside. Push through this dark time, there are many beautiful things in this world many bright times ahead. Keep smiling.

That actually made me cry a little too because when I went back to work the first day after we found out I came in and my Co-worker Roxy said it med her feel so much better to see me walk in and still be able to smile because he tried so hard and would do anything to make me smile when he was alive so she said it's nice to see your still smiling. :) and I'll continue to smile for every happy memorie he gave me.
