Now this is dinner! I've had enough days of EMS lounge food and nights of whatever I can assemble with little to no effort (yogurt and peanut butter sandwiches), it was time to actually MAKE something.
Here is the recipe. I don't have exact measurements, everything is "to taste." It's simple.
pasta
minced garlic
minced ginger
green onions
soy sauce
olive oil
zuchinni
red pepper
broccoli
Cook pasta, drain. Toss with garlic, ginger, chopped green onions, olive oil, and soy sauce. Steam veggies. Toss in to pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
