headache (won't get it unless u understand)

I have a headache, perhaps splitting. and i am currently trying to clean this wound in my head with what strongly smells like rubbing alcohol. and a big pill. ive gotten good at taking the horse pills with the alcohol. my concoction today is 1/4 coke the rest absolute splendor. its warm down my throught and makes me cringe. the best part is
