I was having problems with animations, couldn't check people to see equip, couldn't even do the new emotes....talked to 2 different GMs, one told me to do the file check, didn't get shit for errors. Talked with next GM and he said to talk to tech support...wtf, why don't they fucking just fix what they fucked up.
Elitemage couldn't type on JP version, he was trying to update NA to see if anything helped.

People have been saying to patch both en and jp version.

I always have problems with patches. Once I update the JP version, the game crashes when trying to open FFXI and returns to POL with an error. Once I fully patch the NA version and physically enter the game, the JP version works fine.
