The longer I search for a home, the more I end up saying, "This is out of my budget." Darn it, these things are freaking expensive.

I start a first-time home buyers class this September. I won't start seriously hunting until after that is over. I don't want to go out and make a horrible mistake that I regret for the next 10+ years
