My son has been staring at it all morning. We do it every year.:) Remember when we were kids, and there was no online tracking, and we stayed up Christmas Eve for the end of the nightly news so we could see them tracking Santa before we went to bed?*g*
I know! I feel so OLD! LOL My 15yo was asking about the website last night. So I've had it open all day today. Also enjoying the music on the website. Love the Air Force Academy band. It wouldn't take much to shove me into a fit of bawling. Good grief I hate Christmas. ;-)
I *love* Norad tracking! It's one of my favorite childhood memories. They'd have these really cheesy graphics, but they'd come on every hour or so to give us an update. When he got close to the Springs, we'd all dart up to bed and pretend we were asleep--until we actually did fall asleep. *g*
Merry Christmas to you as well! Living in Colorado most of my life, I waited up as late as I could Christmas Eve to watch the news and 'get the latest'. It's something I miss.
He's nowhere near our house yet (PR) but the kids keep asking me if they should go to bed already and I'm like......Are you kidding me??? It isn't even 7:30 yet which means they'd be up at the crack of dawn!! So no. They can tough it out til 9 like every other night!! LOL
