I really love your Leoben in this fic, how slightly off and creepy he is and how Kara will likely never forgive him, but at the same time there's a lot of Boo Radley gentleness there.

Seph closes the door but presses her ear to the crack. She wishes she had cylon hearing.
Have I mentioned I love this kid?

Poor Lee, Seph takes after her mom in taking out her anger on him too, I see. XD And poor Seph having to know all these things. This is sooo good.

I am so glad you liked the Seph and Hera friendship. I mean with how close Helo and Kara are I can't imagine their daughters wouldn't be super close. *snuggles Seph* I wanna have a kid as cool as Seph someday. Just saying.

Seph is soooo much like her mom, mostly because she idolizes her. I mean, who wouldn't? It's KARA. And she is just that awesome.

It was so so gratifying to make a happy family for them. It took me a while to come up with the "Lee opens bar, Kara plays cards at bar all the frakking time, two daughters are adorkable" scenario but it feels good for them.

Archery is really in this year, so I figured I'd roll with it. I might have Katniss and Hawkeye on the brain. *Snuggles Seph*

Knock yourself out. I think I had sims of Seph and Hera that dated once. But it wasn't my main goal here. I'm trying to imagine Kara and Helo pondering the fact that their kids are dating.

This made me smile so big. The relationship between Seph and Leoben is fascinating, his transferance, her curiosity. And I get the feeling he might have learned a thing or two in his old age. :)

I also really love Seph finding out about her birth and finding out how much strength she gave Kara. Very sweet and real.

I like to think that Leoben is not beyond learning. I always wanted some kind of resolution for them.

Seph needed to find out someday, I like to think it strengthened the already awesome bond she had with Kara.

UGH. CREEPSTER LEOBEN. Is it wrong that I wanted her to shoot him in the eye in that last part? If so, I do not care. :P (I did think it was rather curious that he has apparently come full circle on his stance on destiny. Was that supposed to be because he was proven wrong with Kara so much?)

This came together very nicely. I liked seeing the snippets of her at different ages especially. A little daughter of Artemis at the end there. ;)

Oh and I want to know who Nicky's dad was!! Lol. You were very cagey and didn't tell us!

No. Part of me wanted to have her shoot him, but I think a little bit of her Lee genetics showed up and stopped her and made her act a bit less on her feelings.

I'd like to think that Leoben does have the capacity to change, to observe and learn. I always wanted some kind of resolution. And I think seeing the baby he wanted to get rid of grow up into a strong woman is the best way to prove him wrong. (HAPPY WELL ADJUSTED PILOT FAMILY. OMG. BRIGHT SHINY FUTURE.)

Lol. That wasn't an intentional dodge. It's Hot Dog. I just couldn't figure out how Seph would refer to him. Though if you want it to be Chief it totally could be. In fact I kinda like it better if it is.

The more I read the stories you write in this AU, the more I like them. Seph is such a rich original character. The full circle with Leoben was really brilliant, IMHO. I loved her interactions with Hera and with Lee, as well. She has so much of her mother in her, but when she admitted to Leoben her mother should know about the rock, I couldn't help but think that she had something of her father in her,too.

I'd love to see more of this family. Just saying. ;)
