So the three story KFC across the street is currently offering a promo that if you buy a chicken sandwich meal you get a free Body Shop gift set including bath wash and perfume. I thought The Body Shop was cruelty free? Right?
that's totally weird. but i think the body shop's original owners sold out to some corporate behemoth a few years back and while the new owners agreed to maintain the cruelty-free standards in production they probably wouldn't think twice about partnering with some unsavory operation like KFC, whereas the founders wouldn't have dreamed of doing so.

i figured it had something to do with selling out...that or the korean tendency to hijack brandnames. weird ploy anyway you slice it. greasy chicken + rose scented hand lotion = yuk
That's a crossover that makes no sense, it's like having a character from According to Jim show up on an episode of The Office. Who goes to KFC and The Body Shop? That's like trying to appeal to the demographic that is crazy about both Kashi and black tar heroin. It's like giving away tickets to Dennis Miller in a package of Go-gurt.
