Living in a foreign country can be very isolating, even if that foreign country is one of the most densely populated and developed countries in the world. The holidays were pretty good despite being hundreds of thousands upon millions of miles from family and friends. We distracted oursleves from this fairly well, I think. Wow- i really suck at updating the people I love and miss about the status of my everyday life. Sorry. But lets discuss the root of the problem. It is a two-fold problem, really. So I don't mean to complain as much as I do about Korea. 90% of the time Korea is really awesome- mostly good food, efficient public transport, nice people, etc. So that's why when something eventful happens I post it in my journal- not to be like "Whoa, Korea is really horrible" but instead to say "You'll never believe what happened to me!" night class woes
My night class schedule makes me want to kill and/or harm myself and others. Correcting their papers and listening to them whine incessantly turns me into a ball of blood and rage. today korea is on my good side
Korea can be pretty friggin' awesome sometimes. Take this morning for instance. In the space of one hour (that's 60 minutes), Ryan and I were able to see three different doctors. halloween quandry

almost as good-bad as Hard Rain
So on a rainy cool fall sunday Ryan and I decided to catch a movie. We went to Jungjangno (the lost island of boys from pinocchio, err I mean downtown Daegu).
