This weekend I did nothing. It was lovely. Last week the State Library launched its new exhibition. I went along for the staff preview and was suitably impressed, then the next day I took the guided tour with the curator and the photographer and was even more impressed. I flew back to Newcastle for the weekend. It was the Pigs Peake 2007 vintage release for the members and everyone they decide to drag along (in my case, 6 other someones). I took in a movie at the Astor Theatre last night with sweet_minstrel and jchakotay and one of their friends. It was only my second time visiting that delightful old art deco theatre and my first time seeing a new film there.
