Seriously- girl's worry and think about this a lot more than guys do, I think.. or at least more openly.
I think you're maintaing weight cos youre losing fat and adding muscle mass, btw.
For example- I went to japan, didnt exercise like i usually did, ate a LOT... lost 8 or 9 pounds upon my return to the US.
Started working out again. Now I'm back to good 'ol 121lbs. Muscles are definitely growning back and the like.
P.S. Cardiooooooooo!! (for weight loss) you have to get yourself to the point where you are almost dead and keep going-- thats where fat los sin your problem areas occur. I hate doing this, and so still have a problem area Lol... ganbatte
I used to be the skinny kid, now technically I'm 10# "overweight". You've seen me. I look fine. I'm as healthy as I can be (given the heart trouble). 130# is just the weight my body wants to be. Maybe 180 is yours.
