Diasterous Day...

Today has been a very bad day, was starting well making boiled egg and toast for breakfast, suddenly developed agonising pain in my knee couldnt move, tears streaming down my face... eventually managed to make it to sofa and lie down

oh hun im so sorry to hear youve been in so much pain today :( *hugs*

i think that kick up the bum i gave ya yesterday didnt work tho, things like McDonalds are only good for occasional treats, i hope youre trying to cut back on them

Certainly does sound like a disasterous day! But given the circumstances i think you did well.. and as far as I know you don't eat many McDonalds.. in fact, i thought you didn't like them.. so i guess this one off isn't the end of the world.. HUGS xx
