Useless fat lump

I give up, I cant even get started!!!!!!!!!!!
Today had bacon (grilled) bap for breakfast, that was ok
rest of day is a blur, cake, ice cream, soup...

No f**kin point, I am a big fat lump and haven't even the ability or strength to do something about it.
