Breakfaast: Slice of toast and cheese
Lunch: bowl of mushroom and leek soup with a bread roll
Dinner: Slice of steak pie, peas & potato

Since.... 2 bars of dairy milk, 2 choc digestives

I somehow got to stop this binging in the evenings :-(

I think you did great in the day.. and it's good that you have found a pattern of when you eat the bad foods. Maybe try having other tasty treats in the frige that you could eat instead? Like chop up some carrotts, cucumber.. or whatever other healthy crap.. i mean.. veggies that you may like! Then if you feel a munch attack coming on, reach for the veg.. is worth a go :o)
