I've been having the same problem myself. That is, getting anyone from the faction to converse with. I've been here for a couple of weeks and still have yet to meet any of them.

Really? I wonder if it is a group tendency to be reclusive...? In any case, I've talked with one member, briefly on the subject, but that was a coincidence more than anything.

It seems to be in charge of keeping Soeldei in order, as far as I can tell. It also seems to act as a sort of judicial and legislative assembly at certain times.

I haven't worked much with the Virtuoso, though. I think it might be like a parliament or a congress, though.
