I was let go from my job the other day, I had no experience serving, but I thought I was doing pretty good. I feel worse than I thought I would. Eh ... things could be much worse I suppose lol. My weight is insane, been depressed, and pretty much just hiding away in the house again. But, on the bright side, we sold our second car and now we have extra money. So I'm finally decorating the house. ;)

You were making pretty good tips, it sounds like. That's a sign that the customers liked you, and that's what it's all about... It sounds pretty stupid that they let you go. I'm so sorry.

thanks and thanks some more. I can definitely say that the customers LOVED me. that's why I just cant get it through my head that I was fired justifiably. but whatever right? its time to move on to bigger and better things.

You know, at this point, it doesn't matter what they think. If you think you did a good job, then you did. They were just too stupid to see it, or to really give you a hint as to what you could do to improve your skills.... which is unfair. Maybe some of your co-workers felt threatened by you... who knows. There are so many stupid possibilities, none of which jibe with the experiences you were having there, so don't sweat it!
