i made some adaptations i used fresh pumpkin and roasted it in the oven with a little salt and olive oil instead of canned i didn't have goat's cheese so i had to substitute soya cheese...i'm sure it is much tastier with the goat cheese so do that if possible. and i had to add in a little corn starch to the filling because it seemed to watery also i didnt have pumpkin seeds so i used walnuts and it was delish
for the sauce i melted butter in a saucepan put in fresh chopped sage leaves and let it sizzle i added sliced mushrooms and let them cook until they got soft then i added in maybe 1/3 to 1/2 a cup water and let it simmer to produce a few tablespoons of sauce
and i put the sauce over the ravioli delish.
some of the ravioli fell apart while boiling and it was sad and messy but delish
