I eat this too much-
Salmon Toast.
1 salmon fillet
Bread
Sour Cream
Dijon Mustard
Dill
Onion
Tomato
Toast bread. Pan sear salmon in a skillet for a few minutes on each side. Flake.
Mix a heaped tablespoon of sour cream with dijon mustard and a lot of dill to taste.
Dice onion and tomato.
Spread sour cream mix, salmon, onion and tomato on the toast.
Nom.
This one's super tasty and super easy- no measuring! Although you will have diabetes.
Corn Casserole
One small box Jiffy corn bread mix.
One stick of margarine / 4 table spoons butter.
One can corn kernels.
One can creamed corn.
Preheat oven for 350 degrees. In a large glass bowl, mix ingredients thoroughly. Bake for 45 or until golden brown on the edges.

Baked Beans
1 can baked beans
1 cup Barbeque sauce [or to taste]
1 cup Brown sugar [or to taste]
Onions, diced [optional]
Bacon or hotdogs, cut into small pieces [optional but DO IT]
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large glass bowl or crock pot, mix ingredients. Bake covered [by a lid or tinfoil] for an hour and another hour uncovered. After baking, let sit, stirring ocassionally, and it'll thicken.
